Hopewell Valley Rec Soccer Player Registration - Spring Program
Spring 2020 Registration is not yet open - Check Back in February! The Hopewell Valley Soccer Association (HVSA) will soon be accepting program registrations for the Spring 2020 season. Registration and payment must be done using our online registration system. Click on "Register" button at the bottom of this page to begin the registration process.
Age determines what program a player can register for. Age is determined by the player's age on August 1, 2019 (For PRE-K Program, players must be at least 3 years old as of 4/1/20)
Consistent with new Youth Soccer directives, head balls are no longer permitted in HVSA Rec Soccer games or practices.

Schedule Notes
Games are played on Sunday afternoons beginning on April 5 through June 21, 2020. Games will not be played on Easter Sunday (April 12) and May 24th, Memorial Day Weekend. Practices are optional and at the discretion of the coach.
A schedule will be provided after teams are formed.

Equipment Notes Shin guards are mandatory in all Divisions. Shirts only will be provided. Proper gym shorts, socks, and footwear are the responsibility of the players.
Act C.5:18-1 passed by the Senate and General assembly of the State of New Jersey states that any child that wears corrective eyeglasses while participating in soccer shall be required to wear protective eyewear that meets the frame standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ATSM) F803 and the lens standards of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z87.1. Refer to this site for more information.
No forms of jewelry are allowed on a player except for required religious or medical bracelets, which must be properly taped to the player’s body. This includes all forms of piercings, which are not permitted under any circumstances and regardless of how new or old the piercing may be.
Volunteers The HVSA always needs board members, coaches, assistant coaches, and referees. If you would like to participate in one of these capacities, please indicate this when registering online.
